I got images off of the internet, and changed a few things, (like taking the “c” out of the DC logo, and making the Green Lantern symbol an “e”), cut them out so I could trace them. Then I cut those out using mainly an exact-o knife.

The frame was originally an 11 3/4in x 36in frame, but I just cut the borders and plastic with scissors, and the cardboard with an exact-o knife.
